Tofu or soybean curd is a popular ingredient common in East Asian cuisines. It’s made by coagulating soy milk and then pressing it on a Tofu Mold like this one. When pressed on a Tofu Mold, the curd forms into silky-soft white blocks of Tofu. This mold is ergonomically designed to drain excess liquid and moisture from the tofu. It also allows the tofu to properly settle without destroying its shape.
